What to Expect at Amity Worship
Worship is a time for us to deepen our
relationship with God and with each other. We have two worship services to choose from beginning at 9:00 am with our Celtic Blue style service and then our Traditional Service beginning at 10:45 am.
In addition, if you would like to take time for private prayer, the Pastor's Study (located off the main entry by the nursery entrance) provides a kneeler and prayer station.
We love children!! They are welcome to join us in worship. We have three kid friendly options in addition to having them sit with their family or friends. We welcome you to move with your children as needed during the service.
- Tables are situated toward the back of the sanctuary and we have activity packs for children to work on (pick them up in the entry area).
- We have a "living room" area for more comfortable seating.
- We are pleased to provide a nursery with trained childcare staff. Children through 6 years old are welcome. Our nursery area also has a changing station and playpens. We also have areas for nursing mothers.
Our traditional worship service ends at 11:45 am, followed by fellowship time. Everyone is invited to enjoy conversation and snacks after worship.
